Smaller decisions

• What to wear? what to eat?
• Many times these are based on habit, personal
  upbringing, whats available, etc.
• These are often times subconcious and for some
  people they are generally no big deal.
• (However, some can have lasting effects on your
  Health ex. Nutrition)

Bigger decisions

• Where to go to college? what will I do my SHP on?
  Do I stay in school? Homecoming date? Go to a
  party this weekend? Etc.
• These may require a little more thought
• How do I make the best possible decision for my
  Health? Use the decision making model.
