Where am I at?

• Achievement
• I pay attention in class, listen as much as I
  can, and take notes. Even with this, sometimes
  when I take tests, I feel like I dont remember
  what I learned. I tend to do better in language
  arts class, than in my other classes. I am really
  struggling in math right now.

• Attitude
• I have some close friends at school. I dont
  try to be mean to other students, but I tend to
  ignore people I dont know. In class, I try to
  participate with my group members, but it is hard
  if they arent my friends.

• Effort
• I pay attention in class. I can get distracted
  by the people around me. I do most of my
  homework, but sometimes I forget assignments. I
  am sure I can try harder.

Where am I going?

• Achievement
• I want to be successful in all of my classes. I
  want to do well on tests and quizzes in math. I
  want to improve my writing. I want my hard work
  to pay off!

• I want to be more positive. I want to include
  more people. I really want to feel like anyone at
  school could be my friend or group member.

• I want to complete all of my assignments. I
  want to be able to say, that was my best work
  on every assignment.

• I am going to ask more questions in class,
  especially when I am confused. I am going to make
  sure I understand the directions and the
  assignment before I go home. I will come in for
  extra help if I need it.

• I will start by helping my group members
  when they have questions. I will not ignore other
  students, even if they arent my friends right
  now.

  revise them if there is room for improvement.
