To do by TT group
  • Replace the front-end cards where chip problems
  • Investigate about "missing" light injectors
  • magnetic field tests (ON/OFF) but after
  • all sensors present
  • all light injectors working properly
  • all PMT numbers and correction factors checked

7
TT running modes
clear document under preparation in order all TT
shifters to be able to run all modes without
"experts" around"
  • TT "Functions"
  • pedestals
  • rate/channel (few minutes)
  • output channel distribution
  • light injectors
  • pulsing on one side and reading on the same side
  • pulsing on one side and reading on the other side
  • radioactivity (during long shutdowns)
  • left/right correlations in order to remove DC
  • cosmic rays (during long shutdowns)
  • x/y correlations (how many, ideally 1 x/y
correlation and read all TT walls)
  • normal data taking mode

8
For this year(after discussion with DAQ group)
  • Threshold 1 p.e (nominal value0.3 p.e)
  • Mask all channels with rategt200 Hz, go lower if
DAQ still gets stuck (PMT spec. lt300 Hz/channel
    for DC)
  • For a common run with other detectors next week,
TT is running since this morning in the following
    conditions
  • all channels with rate gt 200 Hz masked,
  • thresholds at 2 p.e,
  • 2 x-y correlations (à la "Jacques"),
  • every day stop and restart by hand the DAQ (Loic
will do that, agreement with Artem) to
    re-activate possibly deactivated sensors and
    avoid problems with data-base.

Super-covers and scotch problems?
  • same pieces of scotch used after intervention to
    glue back the super-covers!!!
  • nothing written in the TT logbook about these
    interventions!
  • once more, nobody is allowed to make any
intervention on TT without reporting in the
    logbook.
