BMRT Focus Group Recommendations. . .

• Change the location
• Group agenda items by topic and send out with
  time certain
• Level of attendee expertise varies present
  topics to all levels, using basic language
• Provide name tags and roundtable seating
• Allow discussion time for each topic to make
  meetings more interactive

BMRT Focus Group Recommendations. . .

• Meet three times per year, and have summer online
  meeting, and keep Friday as the day
• September changes to forms/procedures, procedure
  reviews, introduce new forms, HREO topic
• December mid-year prep, discuss format/calendar
  and receive packets, info on budget call
• Mid-April year-end deadlines and calendar,
  requests for summer training topics
