  • Allow discussion time for each topic to make
    meetings more interactive

  • Meet three times per year, and have summer online
    meeting, and keep Friday as the day
  • September changes to forms/procedures, procedure
    reviews, introduce new forms, HREO topic
  • December mid-year prep, discuss format/calendar
    and receive packets, info on budget call
  • Mid-April year-end deadlines and calendar,
    requests for summer training topics
