Moral Turpitude

• Crimes involving moral turpitude
• Fraud or false pretenses in obtaining something
  of value
• Larceny or a misdemeanor theft by taking
• Larceny after trust
• Murder
• Soliciting for prostitutes
• Voluntary manslaughter
• Sale of narcotics or other illegal drugs
• Pattern of failure to file federal tax returns
• Criminal Issuance of a bad check
• Making a false report of a crime
• Crimes NOT involving moral turpitude
• Public drunkenness
• Driving under the influence
• Carrying a concealed weapon
• Unlawful sale of liquor
• Simple Battery and Simple Assault
• Misdemeanor criminal trespass
• Child abandonment

• Answer all personal disclosure statements
  truthfully
• For those questions for which you answer yes,
  you must submit an explanation and supporting
  documentation
• You do not have to report a DUI unless a felony
  charge accompanies it
• You do have to report a bad check if you
  appeared before a judge and paid a fine (thats a
  conviction)
• Transcripts will be available approximately the
  22nd of December
• Visit the PSC website (gapsc.com) often Code of
  Ethics for Educators, TeachGeorgia, certification
  record, certification updates and much more

Why cant I get a transcript?

• If you have any outstanding fines, your
  transcript is on hold (includes library fines,
  unpaid parking tickets)
• If you ever applied for a student loan, you must
  complete exit counseling on www.nelnet.net or
  your transcript will be on hold.
