EU 1 modernization of the RO-RO terminal
- Why was this project necessary?
- the floating RO-RO port used until now was
accessible only to passenger vehicles - important purpose of combined transport of goods
is the reduction of the burden on public roads
and on the environment gt RO-RO port is suitable
for receiving sets of trucks arriving on ships - additional ship loading station was created
- port for heavy loads/goods

construction of a capacity increasing railway
track and of a new rail-track alongside the quay.

periods) - handling of more ships at the same time at a
higher level and more quickly - accelerated traffic of the containers
