Officer. (3) Counsels enlisted personnel. (4) Conv

the Commanding Officer, aboard ship. (2) Responsib
le for matters relating to personnel, command
routine, and good order and discipline.

assistant to Department Head. (3) Carries out
command policies. (4) Sees that division tasks
are completed in a timely manner. (5) Assists the
LCPO/LPO in resolving divisional
problems. (6) Makes frequent inspections of
