Implementation Plan

• Teachers will select one class/subject to be
  monitored
• Teachers will utilize both the acquisition lesson
  plan and the focus areas in that class/subject
• Reflection meetings will be held every other six
  day cycle with lead teachers and/or administrators

Acquisition Lesson Plan

• Will be created over the summer and shared in
  August.
• Will be the focus of Learning Focused Schools
  training at the start of the school year.
• The lesson plan format will include the agreed
  upon Focus Areas (see the next slide)
