Developing Aggregates Talent is a special trainee
program to develop our Aggregates operations
worldwide and provide them with our technical
experience that will help them to understand
Lafarges way of operating quarries both from
technical and people management perspectives.

- The program is broken down into three
phases/rotations - Phase 1 Country of origin (0 6 months)
- Phase 2 International Assignment (approx. 18
months) - Phase 3 Return to your country of origin

university results - Fluency in English and/or French

The mentoring process is integral to the success
of Developing Aggregates Talent Program. We
provide you with a person who will act as a
coach. He/she will guide you through your early
professional stages, help define the program,
provide feedback on your performance. Your
mentor will be an experienced professional and
will be fully prepared to invest enough with you
to introduce you to your local work environment,
company rules and regulations, and to corporate
cultural habits.
