One-Act Play Entry System

• This presentation will guide you through the
  process of enrolling your school in the UIL
  One-Act Play Contest.
• Before proceeding. Make sure you have acquired a
  UTEID and password by going to
• http//utdirect.utexas.edu/uil

1. Go to www.uil.utexas.edu

2. Click on the Academics Pulldown Menu

3. Click on the Theatre/OAP Link

4. Click on the Spring Meet Entry Systems Button

5. You are now on the links page. Click on
Spring Meet Entry System Login.

6. Click on the logon link

7. A popup screen will appear asking you to log
in with your UTEID and password.

8. Enter your UTEID and password. (If you forgot
it or need one click on the orange link.)

9. Click on the Log In button.

10. You should receive a log on confirmation
popup. Click on the OK button.

11. You are now on the Entry Procedure page

12. Enter your schools TEA Code. (If you do not
know it click on the blue link.)

13. Using the pulldown menu, select One-Act
Play and click the Go button.
NOTE Code used is a sample only

14. You are now on the School Information page.

15. Check the school information for accuracy.
If not accurate, call or e-mail the UIL Theatre
Office.

16. Fill in the contact information for the
One-Act Play Director or the primary contact if
there are more than one.

• Type in
• Last name
• First name
• School Phone
• Cell Phone or Home (Best Contact)
• E-mail (MUST BE ACCURATE) Confirmations will be
  sent here.
• Click the Update button

17. Click on the Enrollment in One-Act Play
link

18. You are now on the Enrollment page. The
primary directors information entered earlier is
already entered.

19. Fill in the contact information for directors
other than the primary director.

• Type in
• Last names
• First names
• School Phone
• Cell Phones or Home (Best Contact)
• E-mails (MUST BE ACCURATE)
• Go to the next page.

If none, go to the next page.

20. Read the information in the red box.

21. Click on the Enrolls button.

With your Principal. 22. Go to the Theatre page
at the UIL website. Click on the Spring Meet
Entry Systems link on the Theatre/OAP page.

23. You are now on the links page. Click on
Gateway System Login link.

With your Principal. 24. You are now in the UIL
Gateway system. Click on the logon link. THE
PRINCIPAL MUSTGET THEIR OWN EID AND PASSWORD AND
LOGON WITH IT.

With your Principal. 25. A popup screen will
appear asking you to log in with your UTEID and
password.

With your Principal. 26. Enter your UTEID and
password. (If you forgot it or need one click on
the orange link.)

With your Principal. 27. Click on the Log In
button.

With your Principal. 28. Fill out the Contact
Information and then click on Save this
information.

With your Principal. 29. Your info update is
confirmed. Click on the Click to return to UIL
Gateway link.

With your Principal. 30. Your info update is
confirmed. Click on the Select your jobs link.

With your Principal. 31. You are now on the Job
Title page.

• Type in or locate your TEA Code in Option 1.
• Choose School Administrator
• Click Go

With your Principal. 32. You are now on the
Select Job Title page. Select your title. ONLY
PRINCIPALS AND ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS WILL BE
ALLOWED TO ENROLL.

With your Principal. 33. Click on the One-Act
Play Enrollment Due Oct 1 button.

With your Principal. 34. Click on the enrollment
button.

With your Principal. 30. Page appears verifying
enrollment.

NEXT DEADLINE

• Your next deadline is February 23rd. At that time
  you will register your title online.
