How to receive the fund

• WHO as a hosting body is ready to receive the
  funds according to WHO rules and regulations
  (STB/EMRO account, Fund in trust/EMRO).
• Other options to be discussed
• Each option has its legal and logistical
  requirements and implications. This needs careful
  consultation by the board and the secretariat.

• Based on proposals from countries and RO

• How to monitor and report the expenditure and the

• Using WHO established mechanism to monitor and
