Legal Data Base-Changed as centralised
information system with 8 regional offices from
1996. From 1999 Register is DATA BASE (not
institution) and is going to become legal valid
database (Law on Enterprises register).
Virtual Institution-New System specification
started in 1998. -Electronic application forms,
linked with legislation database and allowing to
fill directly from applicants office.
