• Of available datasets, which approach is
  best/reasonable for non-OECD regions and why?
  (RAINS, EDGAR, others)
• A2. Which is the minimum technology set required
  to capture characteristical differenf EFs?
  (including spatial allocation)
• B. Which regional info is available and can be
  used to improve? (datasets data sources)
• C. Which countries require special attention?
  (special source, fast changing technologies, ..)
• D. Quality of datasets? (estimate of accuracy
  achieved)
• E. Areas for further improvement?

Rapporteur Memo General Aims

• Assist in improving gobal and regional modellng
  of APs, especially in non-OECD regions
• Enhance regional activities inter-regional and
  global cooperation and info exchange
• List key priority areas for further improvement
  of knowledge base for regional and globa
  applications, scientific and policy
• Establish a network and clearinghouse for
  exchange/dessimination of data (e.g. in
  cooperation with ACCENT, GEIA, SEI)
