Persistent drug-addicted criminals
Persons of 18 years or older, who were sentenced
in the last 5 years for more than 10 prosecuted
crimes, the last time in the last year.

13Penal Care Facility for Addicts (SOV)
Experiment started in 2001 The SOV measure,
which is imposed for a maximum of two years,
comprises an intensive care and supervision
package provided in an detention unit (SOV)
followed by a local extramural care provision.
Successful completion of this programme increases
the delinquent' s chances of social
rehabilitation.

programme gives considerable attention to
