Tips for healthy eating
  • Enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods.
  • Eat wholegrain breads, cereals, rice, pasta,
    noodles, vegetables (including legumes) and
    fruits.
  • Choose low fat foods and cook using low fat
    cooking methods.
  • Eat only a small amount of sugars and foods
    containing added sugars.
  • Choose low salt foods.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • If you drink alcohol, limit your intake to 1 for
    women and 2 for men standard drinks per day.
