5PURPOSE, VISION, AND GOALS
The purpose of each NGAUS stakeholder
(division, committee, etc.) defines their mission
and responsibilities to the overall organization.
Each stakeholder should develop a vision
that outlines what they believe to be the
ultimate desired end state for their purpose.
Goals define the difference between where we are
(current status) and where we want to be (vision
and goals), and objectives are the actions
(specific and measurable) we will accomplish to
achieve our vision and goals.
