• tests and exams measure momentary performance,
• education and test system do not demand
  continuous learning,
• long exam period 1 semester 14 weeks for
  study, 6 weeks for exams.

• expensive elements of education are repressed
• ratio of lectures increases,
• team-work is not supported,
• project work is not supported.
