  summary note
• Individual notes will go into more details useful
  internally to CMS.
• Summary note will show the whole strategy in a
  public document.
• Single coherent analysis plan for jets and the
  sensitivity plots
• Will add some material not in the individual
  notes.
• Individual Analysis Notes (want approval for most
  plots)
• Dijet Resonance Search in Rate vs. Dijet Mass
• Authors M. Cardaci, B. Bollen, R. Harris
• Status done, except for adding a paragraph about
  the code.
• Plan submit this week.
• Dijet Ratio from QCD and Contact Interactions
• Authors M. Jha, M. Zielinski, R. Harris
• Status done.
• Plan submit this week. Want all plots approved
  for conferences.

• Status preliminary results presented at CMS week
  plenary.
• Have begun to collect plots and write. Not much
  more analysis.
• Plan finish analysis very soon, draft submission
  by Oct 19.
• Summary Note (want approval promotion to CMS
  Note)
• Search Plans and Sensitivity to New Physics using
  Dijets
• Authors R. Harris writing for ALL authors above
• Status Have written introduction and sections
  summarizing Note 1 2.
• Plan finish the note over the next two weeks and
  draft submission Oct 19.
