Why do people shake their legs?

• Nervous twitch?
• Cant stand to be still?
• Unconscious?
• Are they in a hurry?
• Stress, tension
• To annoy those around them?

• The guy sitting next to you on the bench.
• The girl with wooden shoes on the tile floor.
• The guy with big, red, bloodshot eyes--who
  happens to be on his 6th cup of coffee

• Usually occurs when sitting or lying down.
