Objectives of CBA

• Once each focus group identifies a number of
  recommendations, we will try to help
• Better understand the propagation of costs and
  benefits of the recommendation
• Envisage the magnitudes of costs and benefits of
  the recommendation (qualitative)
• Prioritize recommendations in accordance
  considering their cost-effectiveness.

• We wish to receive the list of recommendations
  well in advance before the meeting involving CBA
  team so that we can gather relevant information
  to engender the discussion and to be able to put
  them on scale.
• More targeted and specific recommendations enable
  more concrete CBA.
