Finishing your Critter Cards

Change the Picture

• Delete the Disney picture from each Critter Card
  (the picture at the top of the Critter Card)
• Click on the picture
• Touch the DELETE key
• If needed, replace with a different picture from
• Animal Diversity Web
• Wikipedia
• Classification should line up at the left margin

Correct Writing Errors on Animals 1 and 2

• Make ALL spelling and DOL corrections that are
  marked on the proofread Critter Card for Animals
  1 and 2
• Delete any characteristic that is marked as Not
  a Physical Characteristic and write one that is
  a physical characteristic
• Write a subject (or a verb) into any fact marked
  as Fragment or Not a Sentence
• Save your changes by choosing File Save as and
  click the SAVE button
• Color print

Correct Writing Errors

• Proofread Critter Cards for Animals 3 - 10
• File Open those Critter Cards in Microsoft Word
• Make ALL spelling and DOL corrections that are
  found on Critter Cards 3 - 10
• Color print one FINAL copy
• If you find errors on this FINAL copy, you will
• Need to get a pass from your Science teacher
• Need to make changes and print before or after
  school
