Creating a New File

• Click File New
• Select the Business Process Management option
• Select the type of chart or diagram you require

A wide variety of styles are available for each
diagram type

Start creating your diagram

• The interface is intuitive
• Shapes can be configured by right clicking them
  and selecting an appropriate action from the drop
  down menu

Help Tutorials

• There are excellent help files and tutorials
• Wizards are available for many tasks
• Files can be imported from Visio

Not a patch on BP Win!

• Although there are useful tools for business
  process mapping the package is of the generic
  type.
• It is much like Visio, but offers a much greater
  range of templates and is considerably cheaper!
• There does not appear to be any facility to
  integrate diagrams to produce a complex systems
  map.
