1. Prep door per template There are different
templates for wood and metal doors (wood door is
shown here) Note, small 1/8 holes (shown here in
red) are one inch deep, they are not through holes

2a. Install latch 2b. Install door contact
3a. Install strike box and strike plate 3b.
Install door magnet

4. From the outside of door, feed the lock
assembly and the wire harness though the door

5. Press the anti-rotation plate onto the door

6. Press the wire ring in place
Do not place wire inside ring

7a. Insert outside lever 7b. Slide on the spring
cage, and secure with two screws 7c. Slide on the
inside rose cover 7d. Slide on inside lever until
it clicks

8. Install transceiver (pass wires as shown)

9a. Plug in wire harness and connect door
contact wires 9b. Install wire tunnel over the
harness

10. Plug in reader cable (prox reader shown
here, go to next slide for mag card)
Remove the cable locking card to make the
connection, then reinsert the locking card after
the connection is made

10. Plug in reader cable (mag card reader
shown here, go to previous slide for
prox)

REN OptionIf applicable, connect the optional

11. Install reader to door For fire rated doors,
fill the door cable hole with fire rated putty
before securing reader to door

12. Install battery pack

inside and outside covers using torx screws
