    subgroups and address curricular needs related to
    state assessment
  • Title I support will be reconfigured into a
    coaching model in order to support goals for
    differentiation within the classroom setting
    using Comprehensive Balanced Literacy Instruction
    across all grade levels
  • Implement professional learning communities so
    that teachers can work in ongoing teams for the
    purpose of joint planning, establishing common
    language, collaborating on research based
    instructional strategies through the use of
    Comprehensive Balanced Literacy and Everyday
    Math.

Professional Development Goal
  • Ongoing professional development will continue to
    filter through the professional development team
    and focus on the instructional needs identified
    through the use of performance data.
  • The 1st Monday of each month will be used for
    teachers to work in professional learning
    communities (teams) for the purposes of joint
    planning, establishing common language and
    collaborating on research based instructional
    strategies.

    school district and bring back research based
    strategies to share with staff
  • District Instructional Coaches will assist
    teachers in planning lessons and modeling
    instructional strategies

    sponsored activities.
