coaching model in order to support goals for

6Professional Development Goal
- Ongoing professional development will continue to
filter through the professional development team
and focus on the instructional needs identified
through the use of performance data. - The 1st Monday of each month will be used for
teachers to work in professional learning
communities (teams) for the purposes of joint
planning, establishing common language and
collaborating on research based instructional
strategies.

literacy incorporating Making Meaning - Professional release time available to visit

teachers in planning lessons and modeling
