• PennDOT Central Office developed a standard
  special provision for
• cast iron
• modified polymer concrete
• polymer composite materials.
• Other materials may not be substituted when using
  the standard special provision.
• Approved suppliers are posted on Bulletin 15.
• Required contact of Robin Sukely BOCM DWS
  Coordinator as listed in Bulletin 15
• Monitor construction/performance

• Two separate pay items will be developed for DWS.
