Thesis Statement
  • Anti-Semitism, or the hatred of Jews, started
many years ago back to the time of Jesus. Some
Christians believed that Jews killed Jesus and
this idea led to the widespread hatred throughout
Europe. Primarily in Germany, Anti-Semitic Nazi
groups, whose goals were to wipe out anyone
different, took power. The main targets were
Jews, but anyone non-Christian or non-white was
in danger because of the Nazis idea of
    white-Christian superiority.

WHY?
  • Anti-Semitism started because Christians believed
that Jews murdered Jesus. After that many
Christians and other anti-Semitics spread rumors
about Jews, for example in Russia in 1903 a
newspaper stated that they had found a document
declaring the Jews were trying to take over the
    world.

Anti-Semitism Holocaust
  • Anti-Semitism is related to the Holocaust
because it was the foundation. Anti-Semitism was
the purpose for the Holocaust and its idea of
    wiping out the Jewish population.
