Operation

• The proposed use is compatible with the RU Zoning
  Districts purpose statements.
• Traffic generated by the site will be nominally
  more than a residential use.
• Significant site development standards are met.
• The applicant proposes to provide adequate
  services to the site.
• The site design and 14.6 acre parcel help
  mitigate most off-site impacts of the business.
• The Department has received one comment
  supporting this request.

Factors Against Permitting Manufacturing Operation

1. There is some concern about maintenance of the
   roadway for larger vehicles.
2. The Department has received one comments opposing
   this request.
3. Subsequent to the Commission Hearing, this appeal
   and an additional letter of opposition were
   received.

• Denial of the appeal of the Planning and Zoning
  Commissions granting a permit for a
  manufacturing operation.
