The Aim of this Reseach
  • Understanding Management Principles in practice
  • As a basic knowledge of facility manager, we are
    studying management principles theorists such as
    Mintzberg, Drucker, Hammer and so on. To
    understand those theories in practice,we research
    in real management world, and apply theories to
    it.
  • Practicing on making a Policy Plan
  • Final goal of this reseach is to make a policy
    plan of a facility management department using
    management theories. To make it practical, we
    would like have your evaluation for the plan at
    the end of our reseach.
