Objectives of PF 2008

• Communicate and consult with all Global fund
  stakeholders
• Review and provide feedback on the progress and
  develop recommendations on its strategy, policy
  and practice
• Provide an open and visible platform for
  understanding, learning and debate
• Mobilize and sustain political commitment to
  define, create and articulate demand and to
  ensure sustainable long-term financing

  financing, of both government and non government
  Principal Recipients (PRs) for Global Fund grants
  (dual track financing) and the routine
  inclusion, in proposals for Global Fund
