Preparation of First Status Report

  • Give a list of all contractors ....
  • Describe the progress made during the reporting
    period toward the objectives of the JRA and
    toward the milestones and deliverables foreseen.
  • Give a list of all milestones and deliverables
    defined in the contract that have been achieved
    during the reporting period.
  • Describe any significant achievements, and their
    impact, resulting from this JRA during the
    reporting period.
  • Clearly highlight and justify any major
    deviations from the planned activities defined in
    the last detailed implementation plan and in the
    contract. Indicate the recommended actions to
    correct such deviations.

9.5.4. Access Rights for Use of Knowledge The
Contractors agree that the Access Rights to -
the Pre-Existing Know-How needed for use in
research activities or/and - to the own
Knowledge needed for use in research
activities shall be granted on a royalty-free
basis. In case of Access Rights to the
Pre-Existing Know-How or to the own Knowledge for
Use in the development, creation and marketing of
a product or process, or for creation and
provision of a service, Access Rights shall be
granted on fair and non discriminatory conditions
and the HPDB shall be informed of the content of
the contract.
