CCD structure for MAXI
CCD wafer is glued onto the ceramic of the
Peltier device
CCD wafer is directly attached to the Peltier so
that we can reduce the mass of the cold side. We
also coated the cold side with metal so that the
cold side is isolated from the radiation point of
view.
