  • To identify best practice across the region to
    inform and influence commissioning of Childrens
    Therapy services to meet childrens needs and
    national targets.
  • To review current therapy workforce across the
    region, identify future workforce needs both
    within therapy and multi-disciplinary teams
  • To scope the challenges in accessing timely and
    appropriate equipment for disabled children and
    their families
  • To provide networking opportunities for Heads of
    Therapy services across the region
  • To facilitate 2 way communication amongst
    therapists by disseminating information,
    strategic documents and ensuring feedback is
    shared with the regional board.
