Digi Central
Digi central can now monitor all six of the
possible classes going out to the high schools in
the state.
The television monitors send down a signal to the
computer monitors.

What is my job?

• 1. Monitor classes and digi central.
• 2. Troubleshoot any in-house problems.
• 3. Make sure e-clips is running properly and
  files have transferred (especially end of day).
• 4. Assist Michael/Dennis in making operations
  run smoother.
• 5. Help master teachers.
• 6. Customer service.

• My Skill Set!
• I am learning more and more about the
  digitization process and what it takes to make a
  class happen.
• I have just about mastered the new Polycom
  system.
• I am constantly improving my customer service
  skills.
• Small problems look big sometimes, but are not
  life threatening.

Conclusion
