Bullies can have problems

• Bullies sometimes have problems so they make
  themselves feel better by taking it out on other
  people.
• Some of the problems that bullies can have are
  that they are not treated well at home and that
  they are jealous or bullied themselves.

Bullying is Wrong

• Nobody has the power to hurt other people by
  calling them names, hitting them or kicking them.
• Some people that bully just think that it is the
  other persons fault that they are different.
• They probably pick on people that have different
  things to themselves like being rich, poor, tall
  or small.

Are you getting bullied???Here are some of
things you should do

• Talk to someone that you trust and believe could
  help you E.G your Mum, Dad or your Guardian.
• Try to tell the person you are speaking to all
  the things that he/she has done to you.
• Ask the person you talk to not to do anything
  without telling you first.
• If you find it difficult to talk to an adult, ask
  one of your friends to come with you, or ask
  someone to talk to an adult on your behalf
• Most importantly, do something and dont let the
  bully stop you telling. If the bullies behavior
  is not challenged it is unlikely to stop

Here are some of the things you should not do

• Dont try to deal with the problem yourself.
  There is not anything wrong with going to ask for
  help.
• Dont hit the person who is bullying you. You
  could be accused of bullying yourself.
• Never exacerbate It could make the other bits of
  your story seem untrue.
• Dont hide what is happening from the adults you
  trust. Keeping secrets is the Bullies secret
  weapon.
