• Short duration moves every three years with no
  other job or income.
• Moves to a urban community.
• Large family on a long distance move for short
  period of time.
• Lots of corrections on the COE.
• Comments do not validate qualifying data on the
  COE.
• Different color of ink on dates, signatures, etc.

• Corrections to COEs must be made in red, dated
  and initialed by the recruiter.
• Changes to QAD will require a new COE signed by
  the parent/guardian.
• Yellow copy of the COE must be sent to the ESC as
  soon as the COE is signed by the reviewer.
