Objectives of project
  • To assist low-paid workers into lifelong learning
    through the provision of vocational guidance in
    the workplace
  • 100 hour training course (on-line) Vocational
    guidance for low-paid workers aiming to enhance
    the skills of guidance counsellors and others who
    give educational and vocational advice or support
    to low-paid/semi-skilled workers in the workplace
  • A target group in need of enhancing their skills,
    not active in LLL
  • Older workers may need more information and
    motivation
  • Outreach extremely important
  • Openning access for the target group to guidance
    through outreach in the workplace
  • Training for guidance workers - Peer-advisors
