Go Live Criteria
12
Go Live Criteria
  • Functional Delegation Madison is currently
negotiating with HRIS to finalize delegation of
responsibilities between the new HRIS and the
former UWPC. It is expected that HRIS will
    assume all responsibility for non-Madison
campuses and some responsibility for UW-Madison
processes. Final FTE and specific functions need
    to be agreed to.

13
Go-Live Criteria
  • Bare Minimum Requirements
  • Critical test cases included in System Test
  • Re-test critical functions that initially fail
    system test
  • Fully test all functions still under development
  • Data for interfaces and reports available and
    tested
  • Separate Parallel Test of all functions after
    System Test
  • Coordination and plan for transition from legacy
    to Lawson

14
Go-Live Criteria
  • Additional issues to be resolved
  • Issues such as resolution for multiple IDs, UDDS
    synchronization, security, fiscal year
    initialization, etc. will be resolved
  • Fully documented and tested procedures will be
    available
  • User Acceptance testing as a separate test after
    System Test
  • Edit reports identified in System Test will be
    developed and tested
