Problem Statement

• In current ratchet design, there is a lack of
  necessary space to pivot the handle far enough to
  lock the ratchet into place.
• Objective Design, develop and construct a
  continuous bearing ratchet.
• Solution Use of a drawn cup roller clutch to
  allow the transmission of torque in one direction
  and free overrun in the opposite direction.
