This page describes three options for making
travel and hotel arrangements for the 62nd Annual
DPI/NGO Conference in Mexico City.

OPTION ONE is offered by the Government of Mexico
and the NGO Focal Group (Follow link).
OPTION TWO is offered by the New York Travel and
Accommodations Subcommittee (Follow link).
OPTION THREE is for the adventurous who may want
to make their own arrangements.

OPTION ONE consists of a list of 25 hotels.
Eight of them take you to the travel site of an
agency called Turycon.
The remainder are e-mail links directly to the
hotel of your choice.

If you select one of the eight hotels handled by
Turycon, you will be taken to this webpage.
On this page you can finalize your air travel and
hotel accommodations by clicking on the
appropriate tabs.

If you select a hotel that is not handled by
Turycon, you will generate an e-mail, such as
this, to the reservations office of the hotel
that you chose. In the e-mail you must provide
details about your arrival and departure dates
and the type of room that you would like to have.
Make sure you get confirmations.
Please note that if you choose to go this route,
you still have to make air travel arrangements.

If you choose OPTION TWO, you will be taken to
the website of the Friendship Ambassadors
Foundation, which has been endorsed by the
NGO/DPI Executive Committee.
Click here to finalize your travel arrangements.

OPTION THREE NGO representatives are free to
choose their own arrangements by visiting their
favorite travel agency, hotel chain or on-line
travel service.
Please note, that if you choose this option, you
may not be able to take advantage of the
discounts.
