  chemical, general safety/ industrial hygiene, or
  radiation safety review (Checks and balance)
• For example,
• If BSL 3 is checked, verification by Biosafety
  for that level of work
• If lab has class 4 laser, verification by
  Radiation Safety of appropriate training

  of acceptance or modification needs
