The remote side (folders are located at recol),
15
When a local file (lang.htm) gets put" into the
remote side, it is uploaded
16
All of the files on the remote side are published
files. They are the web sites that you see on the
Internet. Whenever you make a new website or
edit an old one, you will need to save the file
in a local folder and then put it into the

The most recent files will always appear at the

Welcome to your first website. Oftentimes the
first or main page is known as the home page.
20
You may drag the toolbar to anywhere on the page
by clicking on the blue tab on the left side if
it.
21
There are many things you can do now to make a
web page. Lets take a look at some of the basic
tasks. Giving your page a background can be done
by right clicking on the page and selecting page
properties.
22
There are two ways to add a background using a
solid color or adding a picture. To add a solid
background, select a color from the palette.
Notice that you may select many variations of a
color by clicking on this icon
23
By moving the gradient bar tool up and down,
Lets select the color blue on the palette.
many shades of blue can be added to a custom
color list that can be used later.
24
Select the color you want to use as a background
and click ok.
25
The color you selected will appear in the
background box.
When finished selecting colors, click ok.
You may also select colors for text and links the
same way.

32
To add a background image into a cell of the
table, use the toolbar
33
Now locate the file in a folder and open it.
34
Making links on your website will make it more
interesting and valuable. It is more useful to
have keywords, phrases or images serve as links
on your page than merely providing the web
address.
Lets make a link to Mr. Turtolas Cyberenglish
Center. To start, type the phrase on the page
and access the toolbar area called link
35
To create the link you may either type the URL in
the link box, or copy the address from the
source website on Internet Explorer and paste it.
