- BRAVIA Syncs One Touch Play function allows you
to begin DVD playback with full home theatre
sound immediately by turning on the entire system
when you press the ONE TOUCH - PLAY button on the remote commander.
- Without this function, you would first have to
turn on your home theatre system and TV, set the
TV input to the DAV main unit, turn the TV volume
down to minimum, and then begin playing the DVD.
One Touch Play performs all of these intermediary
steps automatically with the push of a single
button.

you the ability to switch audio output between
your TV and your speaker system directly from an
on-screen menu. And when you switch back to the
television speakers from the Home Theater System
speakers, the volume is just as it was before
no surprises such as excessively loud or overly
quiet volume levels. - To set the audio control, press the Tools
button on your remote commander, then select
Speaker from the menu that appears on the TV
screen. This brings up a second menu that lets
you select between the TV speakers and the audio
system speakers. Without this function, you would
need to first turn the speaker system on, turn
the TV volume to minimum, then adjust the sound
system input settings.

shut down each component in your home theatre
system just by pressing the TV
(on/standby) button on the remote commander. - Without this function, you would need to turn off
all of the units in the home theatre system (TV,
DAV, or BD/DVD and amplifier) separately. By
using the System Standby function, all of the
units are powered down with a single button press.

- HDMI is a new high-bandwidth, all-digital
interface with the capability of transmitting
huge amounts of high-quality video and Surround
Sound audio signals at high-speed (up to 5GBps,
giving you ample speed for future requirements).
All these signals are transmitted digitally, as
there are no D/A or A/D conversions needed. With
signals remaining in a pure digital state, youll
be assured of the highest level of quality,
enjoying displays with improved color
reproduction and picture detail. HDMI also offers
convenient plug-and-play capability with a single
cable connection, reducing the cable clutter
usually found behind home entertainment centers.
