• To fill a new client file, click on  file 
  then  new subject

• Fill in the fields concerning the subject's
  identity
• Select the objective fixed with the subject

• Enter the fields with data got with Ohmniscan
• If you do not have an Ohmniscan, a estimation
  can be done by entering girth and skin folds data
  (click  Girth and skin folds)

• Select health problems which the subject is
  affected

• By clicking  advices , you can obtain
  information about frequent health problems

• Enter data about the daily time dedicated to the
  physical activities of each category during at
  least 7 days (The total amount of hours must be
  24Hrs)

• Select the nutritional habits of the subject
  (coffee, wine consuption) and dislikes (this food
  will not be in the meals)

• Select the type of meal which the subject takes
  normally
• Once, data entered, click on  Quit

• Right click on the subject file and click on
   New menu

• Select the food with the alphabetic list on the

  can edit menu, shopping basket etc. to print
• To print the menu click on Edit , then on
