Displaying the Bid with filters  Once all of the
bids have been input, you can display the
solutions in several ways (filters). This filter
shows you the bid packages in numerical order
with the winning Subcontractors totals and the
totals for each bid package.

Completing the Bid in the Summary Page  The
summary page is setup to calculate indirect
costs, overhead profit, step rate bonds,
insurance costs, and state sales tax. A handy
sixteen division summary displays to show you the
overall picture.

Alternates Matrix View  Imagine entering
alternate bids at the same time as base bids.
Tabs for the base bid and alternates are below
the matrix. A red diamond displays on the tab
that you are currently viewing. This view is of
the Drywall matrix Base Bid.

Alternates Analysis  The Alternates Analysis
window displays the low base bidders and the low
alternates bidders.

Alternates Analysis  Press the Require Bids in
Alternates button to require the low base bidders
and display the change in cost.

Alternates Table View  There is a convenient
tabular window that displays the total bid amount
for the base bid and all of the alternates.

Printing the Bid  You can customize the printout
of the bid by selecting the filter (report) to be
printed from the sections spreadsheet. Print
preview is available for verification before

Importing and Exporting Information  The costs
from your estimating software can be imported
into Prime Bid to start the bid day setup
process. All of the information from the bid can
be exported to a txt file and used with other
