    ECE/BALABADI

Vision of Education wing of SERP
  • An entire generation of children free from the
    burden of poverty born, educated (pre primary
    through elementary, secondary, higher secondary,
    higher education) and employed gainfully is the
    vision of the education sector within IKP

  • This organization's primary objective to provide
    better livelihood by alleviating poverty in rural

Selection of villages
  • Mandal
  • Mandals where Health and Nutrition centres are
    running

  • At present ECE centres are opened only in rural
    tribal mandals

    the ages of 2 5 belonging to the Poorest of

Location of ECE centre in the village
  • Must be nearer to the place where population of
    kids are more.
  • The place should be away from ponds and wells.
  • The place should be easily accessible.

Instructor/teacher
  • Local person
  • The candidate must have fluency in speaking the
    local dialect.
  • The candidates with cultural and artistic talents
    will be preferred.
  • The Instructors selected through a Written Test
    and Interview which is conducted by an expert
    team from the state level resource team.
  • The Instructors are trained at the State level
    resource centers.
  • Provide the children what they gained during
    training
  • He should treat them carefully
  • Maintains good relationship with parents
  • Maintains registers
