successfully executed a six year plan - Review Evaluation of work plan 1999
- Decision to reduce the number of Actions in POA

greater return re policy change, improved
servicesetc.

- CARA Evaluation identified lack of progress for
approx 20 of targeted children potential ESL-
Named Action budget - Task Group established with a wide community,
voluntary and statutory base - On-going support offered by Education
Coordinator core funding from LDSIP - Study visits ,information gathering Clarity!

June Oct 2002Audit of Services- to establish the
current level of service provision for children
and young people with EBD and identify gaps in
service Terms of Reference agreed 31 Service
providers were identified 9 statutory and 17
voluntary and community based providers
responded Two questionaires were designed and
individual meetings were arranged with many
managers or key staff . Secondary benefits
accrued.
