What Are Screen Shots?
  • A screen shot is an image of the computer screen.
  • Screen shots can help convey concepts.

Set up the screen shot.
  • Open PowerPoint and begin the slide show with a
    title slide and introduction.
  • Insert a new slide, and in the AutoLayout screen,
    choose the blank slide, the last option.
  • Then minimize PowerPoint and prepare to make the
    screen shot.

  • Hitting the print screen button will copy the
    image on the screen at that time.
  • In other words, it captures the screen shot you
    want.
