    sanitary domestic water

    sanitation for the poor

4. SUSTAINABLE ENERGY PROGRAM FOR RURAL AREAS
  • Encourage production technology and optimal use
    of all types of energy
  • Support research, transfer and application of new
    energy and regenerated energy

    poor

Supply high quality electricity at reasonable
price for 90-95 of the total households and 100
communes

    and solar energy,) to provide electricity for
    remote areas and islands
