  • Reviewed norms of teachers load for primary
    schools 16-18 hrs/week (for grades 1-4 from 16 to
    18 hrs and for grades 5-11 from 14 to 16 hrs)
  • Approved changes in the curriculum of secondary
    schools and decreased teachers load
  • Teachers wages increased by 25
  • Number of Education system workers decreased by
    3 from 1.09.05

  • New Financing system of the education sector
  • Prepared a project on The Concept of Financing
    of the Education system
  • An experiment on establishment and increasing of
    per capita financing in pilot districts and
    cities is being conducted

Deepening the Education Sector Reform

    democratization of the management and financing
    systems, capacity building, poverty eradication
    in the education sector

    Bank and UNICEF

    continuing with the support from the Asian
