• The Operations and Maintenance Department has on
  staff three employees who are nationally
  certified as Indoor Environmentalist and in Mold
  Remediation by the Indoor Air Quality
  Association.
• These certifications require employees to
  achieve 24 in-service hours per year to maintain
  their certifications.
• Training for IAQ certification is ongoing
  throughout the year.
